• To minimize waste, please note that it may take up to 7-8 days to produce your garment.
• Once your garment is ready, we'll ship it to you promptly. If there's any unexpected delay in production, we'll keep you informed.
• For orders within India, expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days after shipping. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 15 working days.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Customers are eligible for a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order on our online store.
• Dobaari operates on a "made to order" business model.
• Refund and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after the initial 24-hour period.
• Once an order has entered production, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.
• Our manufacturing process is labor-intensive and meticulous, encompassing every step from cloth weaving to the final stitch in a garment.
• Due to the personalised nature of our production process, orders that have commenced production cannot be canceled or refunded.
  Customers must notify us of their intention to exchange a product within 1 working day (24 hours) of receiving the item.
• Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
  
  Exchange Policy:
• Exchange requests will only be processed after the returned merchandise has undergone a quality check upon receipt by our team.
• The return package must be undamaged and contain all original items. It will also need approval from our quality checking team.
• Dobaari reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers must not send any products back without prior intimation.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for products being returned to our studio in Jaipur.
